This page explains how Orka Travel handles information shared by website visitors and how marketing measurement works on the website.
Last updated: 17 August 2026When you choose to contact us, you may share your name, phone number, email, destination and travel purpose. The website prepares this information in a WhatsApp message and lets you send it yourself; the website does not send the message automatically.
We use contact details to respond to your enquiry, understand the requested service and follow up with you. We do not sell personal data.
The website uses Meta Pixel to measure page visits and general events such as starting contact or submitting an enquiry. We do not send Meta your message content, passport data, financial information or visa-file assessment answers.
When you continue to WhatsApp or another external service, data processing is also subject to that provider's privacy policy.
