Terms of service
These terms govern use of the website and Orka Travel's administrative, advisory and document-preparation services. We confirm the scope, fee and any external charges in writing before work begins.
Last updated: 17 August 2026Using the website or requesting an Orka service means that you have reviewed and accepted these terms together with the written service quotation or confirmation. If a service confirmation differs from this page, the written details for that request apply to the extent permitted by law.
Orka provides administrative and advisory support, file-readiness reviews, document preparation and organization, and guidance on submission steps. When needed, Orka may also coordinate travel services through licensed providers.
Orka is not an embassy, consulate or visa application centre and does not claim a special relationship with any authority. Visa decisions, appointments, processing times and final requirements are controlled solely by the competent authority. We therefore do not guarantee approval, an appointment or a specific processing time.
Before work begins, we explain the requested service, deliverables, Orka's fee and the estimated timing. Additional work or a material change to the request requires the customer's approval and may involve a revised fee or timeline.
The customer must provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents, respond in a timely manner and review final details before submission. We do not accept forged documents, misleading information or sham bookings. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to authorities.
Orka's fee covers only the agreed Orka service. Embassy, consulate, visa-centre, government, translation, insurance, booking and licensed-provider charges are separate unless a written quotation expressly says otherwise.
Flights, hotels, insurance and other regulated tourism services are fulfilled, issued and invoiced by a licensed tourism company or provider. Those services are also subject to the provider's terms. Orka is responsible only for the coordination work it agreed to perform.
Timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Requirements, appointments and processing may change or be delayed by an authority or external provider. We will notify the customer of a material change that becomes known to us.
Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the website's Cancellation & Refund Policy, taking account of the stage of work and any external amounts paid with the customer's authorization.
Orka will deliver the agreed service with reasonable professional care. Orka is not responsible for official decisions, independent provider acts or outcomes caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information. Nothing in these terms excludes any mandatory consumer right.
